Do you have free parking?
Yes, you can park your car in the large parking just in front of our hotel
What is your cancellation policy (GUEST)?
We make it easy for you and ask only for a 25% deposit which is fully refundable up to 7 days before arrival. Otherwise, less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit is non refundable.
Can I check-in after opening hours?
Yes but please inform us in advance! We’ll send you instructions for your check-in outside of opening hours !
What time can we do the check-in for the accommodation?
You can check-in every from 8h to 16h
What is the best season for Digital Nomads?
Most Digital Nomads like to escape the cold European weather and come to Fuerteventura from November to April.
Is there also public transportation?
There are buses to all parts of the island, you can check the buses schedule on Fuerteventura tourist office website.
How far is the beach?
We are located in the center of Fuerteventura North and you can go to the beach on the West, the North or the East coast of the island. Check our blog article on the best beaches in Fuerteventura. The North shore is a 5 minute drive and the West and East Coast are 10 minutes away.
Do you have wifi?
We offer 80 Mbps Fiber Wi-Fi, the fastest in Lajares, you will never have to worry about internet speed or access in Surfescape.
Are there any shops, bars restaurant nearby?
Yes! The Hyperdino supermarket is just a 5 min walk away (350m to be exact). We serve drinks every day of the week until 15h, and there are a lot of great places to drink and eat in Lajares, all at walking distance (The return Bar, Fuertevida, Amiga Mia, El Arco...)
How do I get to Surfescape from the Fuerteventura airport?
The cheapest way is by bus (line 03 or ligne 10 to Puerto del Rosario and then line 07 to Cotillo). Otherwise you can book a taxi transfer with us at the end of the booking process or by sending us a Whatsapp to +34676230223 or email us at fuerteventura@surfescape.com!

The rooms were very clean and all the facilities we needed were there. Breakfast was great with a good variety of options for everyone. The hotel is surrounded by plants and trees which is very cozy! I would 100% book this accommodation again and highly recommend this to everyone else!! It was an amazing stay!

We really like the place, beautiful surroundings, quiet. The room was really big, also the bathroom and we have a nice balcony. We also love the cats, the black one was really friendly. They stay outside, but we love cats and we let them in They helped us by taking us to the beach on the first day, always making sure we have everything. We will definitely go back if we will ever get the chance!
